Today I’m sharing a photo I took of a Bald Eagle. My favorite thing to do has become wildlife photography and I especially love Eagles. In September of 2020 my son and I went on a camping trip to Cut-Off Creek Wildlife Management Area near our home. The weather had finally cooled off perfectly for a camping trip. We had a great time on that trip. On our way home Saturday morning after a walk on the trails we spotted an eagle in a tree next to the road over the creek. I keep my camera and lens in the passenger seat of my truck for just in case type of moments like this. We stopped and I was able to snap a few pictures. We did not spook the eagle as it stayed in the tree as we drove off after getting pictures. A perfect end to an outdoor Friday night camping trip!

What’s next? I’ll continue with some photo sharing and a story over the next couple of days of a trip my daughter and I recently took. Subscribe to the blog for updates by clicking the Subscribe Button below. I’ll send a link to all updates to subscribers.
