Surprised

I can never spell the word surprised! I mean in my mind is it spelled suprised or surprised? I can tell by the red squiggly lines it’s the second one. Ok, there’s several words I can never spell (I’m thankful for spell check and red squiggly lines).

….I’m digressing, let’s get to it…

Right now I’m reading Grace In The Gray by Mike Donehey. I just finished chapter 4 last night but am really enjoying it.

A sentence in chapter 3 really hit me the other day when I read it so I thought I’d share it for today. “If Jesus really came into the world to save sinners, then I need to stop being flabbergasted when I run into some.” When I read this my mind went to Luke 19:10: For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.

I find myself getting frustrated with people but after this reminder I think how many times have I flabbergasted someone. We’re all on a journey and have our moments. I’m thankful I’ve been saved by the lamb of the world. I’ll try to show a bit more grace in my life. I hope you will seek the son, the savior of the world, Jesus and if you don’t know him that you would get to know him.

I believe salvation is as easy as ABC. Admit You’re A Sinner, Believe Jesus Is Lord, Call Upon His Name (Confess).

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. Romans 3:23-24

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

I want to say thanks for stopping by to read my ramblings. To say thanks more I have a few free phone wallpapers here.
