Tomato Suckers In The Ground (Part 4)

It’s been a few weeks since I planted these in the ground. I lost one fairly quickly and have another that’s struggling right now but the rest look great. I’d say the plants in the ground look better than the ones in my grow boxes. I can’t figure out why I’ve never really heard of others doing this since it’s been so easy thus far. I need to do some weeding and dirt work around the plants in the next few days. Where I ended up planting some of these I had planted a cover crop because I really hadn’t done much planning on this. Those plants are also on my list of what needs to be cultivated, We had a big rain last night and the ground is wetter than I want to work today. Will there be trouble as it heats up I wonder? Have you ever tried or heard anything on someone who has? Please send me a message if you have any thoughts.
