Today I’m going to continue with a story and photos from one of my out and about trips here in Southeast Arkansas. In February of 2017 I drove up to the north side of Cane Creek State Park in Lincoln County near Star City, Arkansas. There I saw two different Bald Eagles on this trip and got a few pictures of them. Eagles have become my favorite bird to photograph and really enjoy any opportunity I get to watch one.
This Eagle was a bit of a reach for my lens, the picture was a bit blurry.

I really enjoy seeing an Eagle in flight.

This Eagle was a bit closer but hard to get a clear picture of it through the trees on the bayou.

A few other pictures from this drive around Cane Creek

I went back to Cane Creek a few days later. I did not see any Eagles on this trip but did get a few neat pictures as spring was coming!
