Back To Warren Prairie

I posted a while back in my series of posts on photography adventures with my kids a trip my daughter and I took to Warren Prairie. A few Saturday’s ago I went back to Warren Prairie to look for wildflowers. I did not see as many as before but did see quite a few. I hoped to find a bunch then take my daughter back out to Warren Prairie. My favorite flower I saw this year was a type of water lily (I’m not good at ID on flowers). I saw quite a few but with the recent rains we’ve had I could not get close enough for a good photo and I didn’t want to run into a mr. no shoulders (snake) trying to do so. Maybe I was a little late on wildflowers this year, looking now at my favorite photographs from out there I took those in June.
