I’ve mentioned a lot about habits here in my ramblings. One of the habits I’m trying to keep at the top of my list is walking 10,000 steps per day. I use the step counter on my iPhone to keep track of my steps. Since it has gotten so hot I try to get some steps in the morning before it gets too hot. Most mornings I walk by my office but sometimes I go out to The University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) and walk around the pond. The other morning was beautiful out there as the sun was rising. I had a hard time focusing on the walk as I really just wanted to watch the sunrise and take pictures (and fish)!
