Today I’m starting a new series of posts of my going after taking photos of the Roseate Spoonbill Bird. I’ve not gotten a photo yet but will keep trying and will share photos from my trips out here. I believe I saw one flying the other day at Choctaw Island Wildlife Management Area (WMA) West Block but was not close enough for a photo. I went back a few days later to the same spot on Choctaw to try and get closer to the spot I believe I saw it flying. Below are some photos I did get from that trip.

Some of these photographs are a bit blurry as the birds were at a distance when I took the photos.
