In college my friend Blake introduced me to an area in the delta he called the brake. We probably spent too much time over there! I never know what I’ll see. The other day I drove through the area and did get a few photographs. I was on my way to the Mississippi Levee to try and see more spoonbills (I’ll post that part of the drive next week).
