The other day my reading and scripture study time took me to the story of Joshua. There’s much to say on this story but in the first chapter of the book of Joshua the phrase “Be Strong and Courageous” is said three times to Joshua from God as Joshua was chosen to lead the Jewish, God’s Chosen People, to the promise land from Egypt.
I know there’s times in my life I need to be strong and courageous for I need to remember the Lord My God is with me.
I believe salvation is as easy as ABC. Admit You’re A Sinner, Believe Jesus Is Lord, Call Upon His Name (Confess).
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. Romans 3:23-24
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
