Word Of Encouragement This Week:

This week’s word of encouragement is two verses from Psalms. A friend texted me the other day Psalm 138:8. I cannot tell you the encouragement from this verse. He has a purpose for you and me. Just when I forget, I’m reminded of it!

I went and read this verse in my study bible which also pointed me to Psalm 57:2.

I’m thankful for the word of God and friends who send it as reminders like this!

I believe salvation is as easy as ABC. Admit You’re A Sinner, Believe Jesus Is Lord, Call Upon His Name (Confess).

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. Romans 3:23-24

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

Song Of Encouragement This Week:

At worship Sunday we sang Everlasting God. Just as I was reminded through the Psalms this week I’m reminded of the Everlasting God

The same God who created the heavens and earth Reigns Forever and He loves you and me! Don’t forget:

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

I do not do well waiting. And I seem to forget He’s the everlasting God! He reigns forever…

Michael Gilbert: This blog is a personal project of ramblings from me on a variety of subjects. In suggestion articles I’ve read on creating a blog everything suggests creating a niche type subject for everything but this blog is a summary of my life which has a bunch of moving parts. I was unable to decide on an area of life to focus this blog on so I went with many subjects. Sorry if my ramblings are too scattered for you!
