The other day I saw a post from a photographer friend on Facebook about the lack of pollinators she has seen on on flowers this year. I’ve been thinking the same thing, one of my favorite things has been to watch the butterflies and moths working around my flowers but so far this year I haven’t seen what I saw last year. I have seen bees working the plants but not many (if any) butterflies or moths. I’m not sure why this has been the case this year, I know they say they’re on the decline but I watched a plenty out there last year so I’m still hopeful to catch them out there working the flowers soon . But for now you’ll have to be patient with more flower pictures until I figure out what I want to photograph next!
A few bee photos I took with my phone:
Thanks so much for stopping by to read my ramblings! I have a few requests:
- Please consider subscribing if you’d like to be notified of when I post again.
- Share with a friend.
These three items help me to know if I am doing this right. A comment (good or bad) helps me to know what’s working and what’s not.
Thanks!
