This is my second time growing Momentum Bush Green Beans. The first time was a few falls ago. About the time they got up deer came in and really ate them back. I still picked two small buckets of beans off the two rows in time for Thanksgiving. I’m giving it a try again this spring with one row. We’ve had a lot of rain and I noticed the weeds and grass was really coming up pretty thick last week. This past weekend I got out there and did some dirt work on the row. You see with a garden I haven’t found a way to completely get rid of weeds. It takes some work nearly every week. In the past I’ve had trouble when taking a family vacation in the summer and coming back to a garden full of grass and weeds. Hopefully if I work on it more as the weeks go by before summer maybe it’ll be better when we take a vacation. I noticed there’s already grass coming up since this weekend, guess I have some work to do.

I want to say thanks for stopping by to read my ramblings. To say thanks more I have a few free phone wallpapers here.
Please do me a favor, if you enjoyed the post please share it with a friend.

Thanks bud! Let me know how your beans do. I’ve got some others I’ve never grown before that I need to do an update on as they come up. The deer nearly wiped them out the last time I planted these. Thankfully they didn’t eat them completely.
