I’ll update on our Mongolian Giant Sunflowers in a bit but first I’ll write about my tomatoes. One of the plants in my Grow Boxes was struggling. I guess I’ve not done good at keeping this box watered. I watered the box and 24 hours later the plant looked great! Also I picked my first Indigo Rose Tomato this weekend. It had turned red so I tried it. I think I needed to give it more time. The part of the tomato that gets more sun is blue and the part that hasn’t turned blue was green skinned but turned a reddish color (the plants are next to my barn, so one side is shaded).

Most of our Mongolian Giant Sunflowers are just under 8 feet tall with one being just over 8 feet. There’s a few around 6 feet tall. They’ve started blooming now. I wish I had started another row of sunflowers to have more blooming into the summer.
I want to say thanks for stopping by to read my ramblings. To say thanks more I have a few free phone wallpapers here.
Please do me a favor, if you enjoyed the post please share it with a friend.
