A part of photography I enjoy seeing is an up close picture or macro shot. It takes a special kind of lens with a short focus distance to get macro pictures. For instance my wildlife lens does not have a short focus distance at all. Even though it is “zoomed in” it will be very blurry. I can’t tell you the number of time I’ve seen something with that lens and was too close for the picture. Macro takes a very artistic eye to make the photograph look right in composure. I’m not artistic but enjoy seeing photographers, such as my friend Keith, who are. Below I’ll share a few of my more favorite macro shots.
Now a lot of these photos are not macro but I thought the zoomed effect was a little better than others!
