This week I’ve tried to write all three of my posts with the same mindset. Last week I spent more time watching the news and commentary on the news than I have in a long time (it was everywhere I looked). As, I suggested Tuesday I find my peace in pausing. Often with the word of God, friends/family and hopefully in the outdoors. Last week as I said in my opening sentence I was watching the press conference given after the arrest of the suspected shooter of Charlie Kirk. In it the governor of Utah quoted Mr. Kirk and the quote hit me right square in the face…
Some of the news commentary was on how bad things are going and they are about to get worse. Could it? Yes, BUT I believe God is at work. I truly believe in the one who created it all. He’s got the entire world in his hand…

Because He Lives, All Fear Is Gone!
Hope, because one day I know I’ll cross the river into the promised Heaven.

BUT…Eternal Life In Christ!
Do you know HIM? The hope of the world:
I believe salvation is as easy as ABC. Admit You’re A Sinner, Believe Jesus Is Lord, Call Upon His Name (Confess).
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. Romans 3:23-24
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
-Hebrews 12:1-2
Then verse 3 in Hebrews 12:
Consider him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself, so that you may not grow weary or fainthearted.
Let us “consider HIM”
It’s because HE lives!
