A few days ago during my time in the scriptures I read 2 Thessalonians Chapter 1 and was hit right where I sat by verse 12:
so that the name of our Lord Jesus will be glorified by you, and you by him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. – 2 Thessalonians 1:12 (CSB)
My daily Bible reading right now is through the Connecting Scriptures New Testament which highlights the allusions and quotations from the Old Testament so from here I was pointed to:
You who tremble at his word,
hear the word of the Lord:
“Your brothers who hate and exclude you
for my name’s sake have said,
‘Let the Lord be glorified
so that we can see your joy!’
But they will be put to shame.”

For from the rising of the sun to its setting my name will be great among the nations, and in every place incense will be offered to my name, and a pure offering. For my name will be great among the nations, says the Lord of hosts.

I’ll repeat it:
I go back to my “life verse” Philippians 1:20
All too many times in life I find myself shy, forgetting this truth from scriptures: I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed
BUT:
…Christ will be exalted in my body
Time and time again You have proven You’ll do just what you said
Praise HIS name! All the day long, from the rising of the sun to its setting:

I believe salvation is as easy as ABC. Admit You’re A Sinner, Believe Jesus Is Lord, Call Upon His Name (Confess).
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. Romans 3:23-24
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
