Let’s start this Thursday with a song:

“Why do I talk myself out of seeing miracles?”

He’s more than able!

“Who am I to deny what the Lord can do?”

He does miracles!

In this life I find myself asking why, I’m not sure about you but I catch myself doubting. But, I’m reminded through the word of God:

BUT GOD!

I’m reminded by this song at a moment of doubt,

YOU ARE MORE THAN ABLE!

I’ve come a long way
I’ve seen how You work
There’s so much goodness and grace
Much more than I deserve

Cuz I know who I am
And I can’t stay where I’m at ooh
We’ve come this far by faith
And I just can’t turn back

He’s not done with me yet
He’s not done with me yet
There’s so much more to the story
You’re not done with me yet

Who am I to deny
What the Lord can do

So you know me, I googled some scripture references on this and was given a long list. I’m going to post three of them with the third being my verse of the week.

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,  to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. – Ephesians 3:20-21 (ESV)

And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:19 (ESV)

You catch that? He will supply every need forever and ever. I know I’ve had a life with moments of frustrations and questions. A life of moments of asking “why God”. As the song says, “…I shook my fist at heaven…”, I don’t know why I do not learn that HE IS AT WORK!

Now for my verse of the week:

It’s in this space I find a huge struggle in life. It’s in the confidence in HIM and HIS hand, it’s reminding myself he’s at work in a situations. I catch myself doubting. I catch myself asking why too often.

Who am I to deny what the Lord can do?

I believe salvation is as easy as ABC. Admit You’re A Sinner, Believe Jesus Is Lord, Call Upon His Name (Confess).

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. Romans 3:23-24

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
